The Patek Philippe Nautilus Haute Joaillerie 7118/1453G is a luxury ladies’ watch combining an “elegant sports” design with fine jewelry craftsmanship. It features a white gold case of 35.2mm diameter, housing the self-winding 26-330 S caliber, visible through a sapphire case-back.

The watch is set with 1,500 brilliant-cut diamonds (6.53 ct) and 876 emeralds (3.68 ct), showcasing the snow-setting technique where stones of various diameters are combined, minimizing visible gold. This technique demands high technical skill from the gemsetter. The emerald-set bezel highlights the Nautilus’s unique geometry, with diamonds and emeralds alternating on the bracelet links to create contrast and emphasize the design.

The dial is white gold with rows of diamonds set in a wave pattern, characteristic of the Nautilus ladies’ collection, and features white gold hour-markers set with 12 emeralds, charcoal-gray white gold alpha-style hour/minute hands with luminescent coating, and a charcoal-gray sweep seconds hand.

The bracelet includes a Patek Philippe patented fold-over clasp for optimal comfort. This model, Reference 7118/1453G-001, joins the collection alongside other snow-set Haute Joaillerie versions featuring diamonds with blue sapphires (7118/1451G-001) and rubies (7118/1452G-001), as well as the 7118/1450 references in rose and white gold.
