The Patek Philippe Nautilus Haute Joaillerie 7118/1452G is a sophisticated white gold ladies’ watch, showcasing exceptional gemsetting artistry. It features 1,500 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling 6.53 carats and 876 rubies amounting to 6.58 carats, arranged using the intricate snow-setting technique for unparalleled sparkle and radiance. Rubies adorn the bezel, dial, and central bracelet links, complementing the watch’s iconic porthole-inspired case and integrated bracelet with three rows of links. This model meets the rigorous Patek Philippe Seal standards, featuring Top Wesselton Pure diamonds, high-quality rubies, flawless stone cutting, and a setting method that ensures secure placement and smooth surfaces.

The dial, made of white gold, is notable for its rows of brilliant-cut diamonds in a wave pattern, a signature of the ladies’ Nautilus collection. It maintains readability with white gold hour-markers set with 12 rubies, charcoal-gray white gold alpha-style hour/minute hands with white luminescent coating, and a slim charcoal-gray sweep seconds hand.

This watch, measuring 35.2 mm in diameter, is powered by the self-winding 26-330 S caliber with a 21-carat gold central rotor, visible through the transparent sapphire case-back. The bracelet incorporates a patented Patek Philippe fold-over clasp with four independent catches for optimal comfort.

The 7118/1452G-001 is a new addition to the 7118/1450 collection, which includes rose and white gold models with snow-set diamonds. It is also available in two other new Haute Joaillerie versions: the 7118/1451G-001 with diamonds and blue sapphires, and the 7118/1453G-001 with diamonds and emeralds.
