Taking cues from the heavily gem-set 5719/10G-010 launched in 2017, this latest reference enlarges the case to 41mm and removes the date window, sharpening the focus on symmetry and brilliance. The refined layout allows the diamonds to take center stage, with baguette-cut markers gleaming at every hour and a harmonious interplay of gem cuts enhancing the instantly recognizable Nautilus silhouette.

Fully in white gold, the 5811/1460G is drenched in 1,285 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling 6.43 carats and 195 baguette-cut diamonds weighing 13.27 carats. From the bezel’s linear shimmer to the dial’s radiant rows and the bracelet’s alternating sparkle, each stone has been carefully selected and set to meet the uncompromising standards of the Patek Philippe Seal. The visual spectacle is matched by technical finesse: inside beats the Caliber 26-330 S, complete with a stop-seconds function for precise time-setting—because even at its most extravagant, Patek Philippe never sacrifices function for form.
