Jaeger-LeCoultre introduces a new chapter in the Reverso story with the Reverso Tribute Minute Repeater, powered by the in-house Calibre 953. This movement incorporates a trio of patented innovations—trébuchet hammers, crystal gongs, and silent-interval elimination—refining both sound quality and mechanical efficiency. Designed and produced entirely within Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Manufacture, the movement also delivers a 48-hour power reserve, a technical achievement for a complication as demanding as a minute repeater. Issued in a limited run of 30 pieces, the watch leverages the dual-face architecture of the Reverso, integrating artisanal craftsmanship with mechanical complexity.

The front dial, in teal blue grand feu enamel over hand-guilloché, plays with light to evoke movement, while the reverse side reveals the chiming mechanism in full, highlighted by cantilevered indexes and a bridge finished with blue lacquer. Both dials showcase the depth of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Métiers Rares™ atelier, where engraving, enameling, and finishing techniques converge to elevate traditional craftsmanship. The redesigned case slider blends into the pink gold case, preserving the Art Deco silhouette and maintaining ergonomic function without visual disruption.

From its origins on the polo field to housing one of the most challenging complications in horology, the Reverso continues to evolve without losing its identity. The Tribute Minute Repeater reaffirms this legacy—merging historical design with advanced acoustic engineering.
