Established in 2000, the Micro Artist Studio aims to master watchmaking techniques for luxury Japanese timepieces. This year, they unveil their fifth 8 Days jewelry watch, featuring diamonds and sapphires inspired by the strength and beauty of the white lion, Grand Seiko’s emblem.
The Spring Drive 8 Days Jewelry Watch’s platinum case is polished and set with diamonds and sapphires on angular lugs, and hand-engraved surfaces. The dial resembles a lion’s mane, surrounded by gemstone hour markers. Powered by the Spring Drive 8 Days Caliber 9R01, the watch offers high accuracy and an eight-day power reserve. The movement’s design symbolizes Mt. Fuji and Lake Suwa.
