The Frederique Constant Classic Moonphase Date Manufacture watch has returned in a refined, limited-edition version. This edition, limited to just 36 pieces, features a new 40 mm white gold case, a malachite dial—a first for the series—and a new FC-716 calibre movement, doubling the power reserve to 72 hours.

The most striking change is the malachite dial, chosen for its rich green tones, adding a unique twist. The date and moon phase complications are now merged into one sub-dial at 6 o’clock, allowing the dial’s vibrant malachite to take center stage. Redesigned hour markers and alpha-type hands enhance the classic yet refreshed aesthetic, while a more traditional sector-dial minute track adds a touch of vintage flair.

The movement upgrade, coupled with reworked bridges and an exclusive barrel, has not only improved the watch’s performance but also extended its warranty to five years. The case’s reduced size to 40 mm has been well-received by collectors for its precision and comfort.

Each watch in this ultra-exclusive series is individually engraved and numbered, and comes with a dark green alligator strap, perfectly complementing the malachite dial. This release represents the most significant revamp of the Classic Moonphase Date Manufacture watch.
