The brand, founded in 1882 in Havana, Cuba, has consistently drawn inspiration from this vibrant city, particularly during the late 1920s when President Gerardo Machado embraced the Art Deco style. The Robusto 1935 pays homage to the original Art Deco watch created by Cuervo y Sobrinos in 1935.

The Cuervo y Sobrinos Robusto 1935 features a stainless steel case, available in four dial colors (Habana, Ceniza, Azul Marino, and Verde Manzana), with luminescent hands and indices. The watch includes a date display at 6 o’clock, protected by a double-curved sapphire crystal. The stainless steel case measures 40mm in diameter and is water-resistant up to 100m, with a see-through case back showcasing the CYS 8130 automatic movement, enhanced with a blue openworked oscillating weight and Incabloc® shock absorber.
