Description

Celebrate the legacy of the first official Formula One World Champion, “Nino” Farina, with the exclusive Historiador Nino Farina II timepiece by Cuervo y Sobrinos. This watch is a homage to Farina’s daring spirit and racing triumphs, evoking the essence of the iconic Alfa Romeo in a modern chronograph. Limited to only 158 pieces, it reflects the storied past of Farina’s historic victories and his affiliation with Italian automotive excellence.

Born to a lineage of coachbuilders, Nino Farina was a pioneer in motor racing, achieving numerous milestones, including the first-ever Formula 1 World Championship in 1950. His career spanned over two decades, during which he demonstrated relentless courage and skill, often pushing the boundaries of speed.

The Historiador Nino Farina II is a blend of heritage and craftsmanship, featuring a 40 mm stainless steel case and a matte brown calf racing-style strap with distinctive light blue stitching. The dial, protected by a double-curved sapphire crystal, showcases red and green accents that remind you of the Alfa Romeo 158’s livery, while the Swiss automatic CyS 8129 caliber, based on the ETA 2894, ensures precision timing with a 42-hour power reserve.

Each watch is a testament to Nino Farina’s indomitable spirit, with a case back tribute to “El primer Campeon del mundo” and his autograph.
