Description

The Cuervo y Sobrinos Historiador Asturias is a watch collection that pays homage to the brand’s origins and the courageous spirit of the Asturian emigrants who sailed to the Americas, particularly Cuba, in pursuit of a better life during the 19th century.

Cuervo y Sobrinos was founded in 1882 by Cuervo and his nephews, a group of skilled goldsmiths and entrepreneurs from Asturias, a region in northwestern Spain. The Historiador Asturias celebrates the brand’s founder, Don Ramon Cuervo, his nephews, and the many Asturian citizens who made Cuba their new home, enriching its society and culture.

The Cuervo y Sobrinos Historiador Asturias collection is powered by the CYS 5124 caliber, an automatic Swiss movement based on the La Joux-Perret G-100 with a remarkable 68-hour power reserve. The polished 40 mm stainless steel case comes in a dial choice of red, green, blue, or gray and either a matching steel bracelet or a black leather strap.
