Filmmaker Matthew Vaughn and watchmaker Bremont have teamed up to release a limited edition watch collection, celebrating Vaughn’s new spy thriller, “Argylle,” produced by Apple Original Films and MARV, and set to premiere in theatres on February 2 in partnership with Universal Pictures. The film stars Bryce Dallas Howard as Elly Conway, a reclusive author whose espionage novels start mirroring real spy events, leading her and spy Aidan, played by Sam Rockwell, on a global chase. The ensemble cast includes Henry Cavill, Dua Lipa, John Cena, Ariana DeBose, Bryan Cranston, Catherine O’Hara, Sofia Boutella, and Samuel L. Jackson.

The Bremont x Argylle Limited Edition Watch Collection features three timepieces, each reflecting the film’s main characters – Argylle, Aidan, and Elly. These watches are noted for their detailed craftsmanship and decorated dial designs, showcasing the Argylle diamond pattern, symbolizing the blend of cinema and precision timekeeping, appealing to both enthusiasts and collectors.

The Argylle is a sophisticated steel dress watch, modeled after the classic Bremont Solo 43 design. It showcases a polished stainless steel Bremont Trip-Tick® case, enhanced with a scratch-resistant DLC-treated case barrel and a push down crown. This 43mm GMT watch includes a date feature at 6 o’clock, a 56-hour power reserve, and a beautifully decorated rotor that can be seen through the transparent case back. The watch’s black Argylle patterned dial is elegantly accented with gold-plated indexes and hour and minute hands, creating a striking contrast.
