Description

Born into a Native American family on May 22nd, 1887, Jim Thorpe was an athletic force whose spirit refused to be forgotten. A man of resilience, he conquered the world’s greatest athletic stage, defying odds and rewriting history. Inspired by his unwavering determination, the BALL Engineer III Bright Path is a tribute to strength, endurance, and the pursuit of greatness.

The BALL Engineer III Bright Path is available in 36mm, 40mm, or 43mm, each limited to 1,000 pieces. At its heart is the mesmerizing tigerite dial—no two alike, each with its own unique blend of golden-brown hues and shimmering stripes. This naturally occurring gemstone, known for its chatoyancy, catches the light at every angle, a reminder that true brilliance shines through adversity. Encased in robust 904L stainless steel, this timepiece is built to withstand the test of time, boasting superior corrosion resistance and an unmatched polished finish.

But its brilliance isn’t just in the daylight. As darkness falls, BALL’s self-powered micro gas tubes illuminate the dial with an intense, unwavering glow, ensuring perfect readability no matter the hour. It’s luminescence that never fades—just like the legacy of the athlete it honors.

Engineered for extreme conditions, the Bright Path is fortified with a COSC-certified automatic movement, encased in a patented mu-metal ring for anti-magnetic protection up to 1,000 Gauss. The Amortiser® anti-shock system shields it from impact, while water resistance up to 100 meters ensures it thrives in every environment.
